The spirit of the 15th arrondissement district is brought to life at The Quinzerie Hotel. And we'd like you to discover it in real life too. As locals, we are happy to share our insider secrets.

Meet the local
Shopkeepers

Some scents and flavours touch us more than others. At the heart of it all, The Quinzerie Hotel has an abudance of talent nearby. That's why we trust our neighbour Cathy from Éperdument Fleur to create all our bouquets. Treat yourself to mouth-watering desserts thanks to Emma from the Cinq Sens patisserie, in nearby Rue Saint-Charles. It is in this same street that Marie, from the eponymous cheese shop, will serve you boards of fromages that live up to their "matured“ label. Elsa from the bakery L'Artisan des Gourmands will offer you delicate pastries. And last but not least, Dominique from the unmissable Au Cochon Rose delicatessen, an icon of the neighbourhood if ever there was one.

Restaurants

What do you fancy? A trendy, floating restaurant on the banks of the Seine, a chic but humble canteen, a gastronomic (but not astronomical) tasting menu, a classic meal from a cheerfully traditional brasserie, a point of interest to informed bistronomes or the in “place to be”... The district conceals hidden gems and new places, tried and tested by our team in order to make the best recommendations.

Shopping

Our favourite time to shop has to be Tuesday and Friday mornings: market days in the Rue Saint-Charles for an authentic shopping experience. For those with a passion for fashion, the 45,000 sq m Beaugrenelle department store is just a few minutes' walk from The Quinzerie Hotel. The Galeries Lafayette, big names and small French brands, and déco stores are all within tempting reach, including on Sundays.
